How to extract URL or other data from augmented image/PDF?

I am creating a Windows Phone 8 app which scans a PDF or image which is augmented with some data. I tried the sample from SLAR tooklit. It just moves the textblock/image to augmented part, so how can I extract data from that part? I'm giving two example.

First is an image ad of Samsung Note 3 from If you scan image with its own app it will navigate you to some webpage. Now if I use sample app it transforms the textblock/image to augmented part.

Second is an PDF of cigarette package which also contains some data (probably an URL), I don't know how it's augmented (no info about its marker). If I scan that PDF with sample app it transform the textblock/image to augmented part.

In sort how can I extract data from particular augmented object using SLAR (like we do with QR codes)?

SLAR is awesome, really!

You can combine it with a QR code.

Thanks for your reply.

I forgot to send the PDF file. The PDF file is from client side & in reality there will be a cigarette packet. I can't change the augmented PDF/object. I mean I need to create a Windows Phone app which will give me URL from the cigarette packet or that PDF (PDF is actually engineering drawing of cigarette packet). So can you please look into that, how can I extract URL?

Here's PDF URL,

If I use the sample app it moves the textblock/image to augmented part. However, I can't extract the URL. If you need further info about how the data was augmented on PDF,. please feel free to ask me. I humbly request you to check out my problem, I need to reach deadlines. Thanks a lot for your kind support.

One more example. Scan this [] image with help of PointART Windows Phone app, you will be redirected to some content. Similarly I also have image already augmented with data from client side, I need to create an app which will decodes that augmented part. How can I do that using SLAR toolkit or I need to use any other toolkit.
